Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges in cases of defective products or incorrect items shipped.

  • The customer must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

  • Used products, items damaged by the customer, or items without original packaging cannot be exchanged.

  • If the supplier confirms a defect or shipping error, we will send a new product at no extra cost.

Practical example:
A customer received a T-shirt in size M instead of size L. After contacting us and providing photos, a replacement is shipped at no cost.
