Shipping Policy

Our business model is based on dropshipping, which means that products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the customer’s address.

• Delivery times: the average delivery time is 15 to 45 business days, depending on the customer’s location, postal services, and customs clearance.

• Tracking code: all orders receive a tracking code, which will be sent by email within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Customs fees: in rare cases, import duties or postal handling fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Practical example:
A customer in São Paulo places an order on September 5th. The supplier ships it on September 8th, and the tracking number is provided the same day. The package is delivered on September 28th (20 business days).
