Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with Brazilian consumer law.

The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

In cases of confirmed defects, the refund is full, including shipping costs.
Practical example:
A customer receives a watch that does not work. After inspection and confirmation of the defect, we issue a full refund to the same payment method used in the purchase.
