Return and Refund Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction and transparency.

  • Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with Brazilian consumer law.

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • In cases of confirmed defects, the refund is full, including shipping costs.

Practical example:
A customer receives a watch that does not work. After inspection and confirmation of the defect, we issue a full refund to the same payment method used in the purchase.
